An absolute must visit while in Panjim. Happened to stumble upon the place, was not disappointed!
They were more than happy to serve up despite it almost being their closing time. Chef Sanchit greeted us into the restaurant, made us feel at home and was kind enough to take us through the menu giving us recommendations.
We had ordered ‘bhutta’ a 3-way corn preparation, cured salmon - a chefs special and a carrot cake for dessert.
All in all, a fabulous experience!

One of the most tantalising gastronomical experiences of my life!!! Being a foodie, I’d say that only on rarest occasions like my night at Vedro. Chefs Maya & Sanchit blew my mind by creating pure exceptional talent on each plate, both artistically and culinarily!!! Definitely way up there 👍🏼 Looking forward to my next visit.

I highly recommend the Buratta with Tomato Chilli Jam and the Truffle Lasagne and the Pot de Créme for dessert was to die for!
